Reasonable Questions

What is your refund policy?

If you attend the live workshop OR watch the recording and do not find it helpful, we’ll offer a full refund within 14 days. But be honest! Karma is not something you want to mess with.

Will this work for anyone trying to do YouTube?

If you’re publishing long-form videos, you will still get some value from this. But this is NOT a catch-all “how to YouTube” workshop – it’s geared towards podcasters.

What if I just want to hire someone to do this for me?

Hiring great help is a great idea. Most aspiring YouTubers hire an editor and/or thumbnail designer, which implicitly puts YOU in the role of producer. This workshop will train YOU how to be a great producer so that you can hire and collaborate with specialists. Or, if you want to hire a producer, you’ll be able to train them well.

What if I'm doing solo video podcasts?

You’ll benefit from ~50% of this session. A lot of what we’re talking about will be geared towards interview podcasts specifically – but a lot of these concepts will also appeal to long-form videos in general.

What if I record in-person (rather than remotely)?

Frankly, you have a slight advantage! The vast majority of this workshop will still benefit you, but you’ll have some unique advantages we’ll call out (and some problems we’ll address that aren’t relevant to you).

Hey, I’m Johnathan Grzybowski…

Johnathan Grzybowski is a lifelong entrepreneur, creative visionary, and the co-founder of Penji, a leading creative subscription service that provides on-demand graphic design for startups, agencies, and enterprises worldwide. Known for building businesses from the ground up, Johnathan’s story is rooted in hustle, resilience, and a deep desire to make creativity accessible for all.

Humble Beginnings in Juniata Park
Johnathan was born and raised in Juniata Park, a working-class neighborhood in North Philadelphia. In a community where grit meant survival and opportunities were hard-won, he discovered early on that if he wanted something, he had to work for it. At the age of 15, he borrowed a lawn mower and started knocking on doors in his neighborhood, offering to mow lawns for a few bucks. It wasn’t glamorous work, but it was honest, and it taught him the value of consistency, customer service, and the dignity of earning your keep. That lawn mowing hustle evolved into something bigger. It sparked an interest in entrepreneurship that would follow him into adulthood.

He knows where he came from, and he hasn’t forgotten what it took to get here. From mowing lawns in Juniata Park to leading a tech-enabled creative service used by companies around the world, Johnathan Grzybowski is proof that you don’t need a silver spoon—just relentless drive, honest work, and a vision that won’t let go.
